Obituary of Melanie Marie Bentley

Melanie Marie Bentley, 26, of Louisville, KY passed away on October 15, 2019.  She loved drawing, listening to her favorite music, gaming and spending time with her fur baby, Socks.  Melanie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and playing pool.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Kathleen Stayton and great-grandparents, Thomas and Dorothy Bentley, Sr.

Melanie is survived by her father, Robert (Jessica) Bentley, Sr; mother, Rogina Lockwood; siblings, Maria Bentley, Britney Bentley, Stacy Bentley, Sharon Bentley, Rachel Bentley, Robert Bentley, Jr, Boston Bentley, Sammy McKinsley, Jr and Eric Hensley, Jr; grandparents, Barbara Sheckles, Bob Bentley, Melvin Stayton and Roger Chesser and numerous aunts, uncles, cousin and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, October 25, 2019, from 2pm-6pm at Neurath & Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, 1832 W. Market Street, Louisville, KY with a celebration of Melanie’s life beginning at 6pm.
