Elizabeth was born on September 13, 1983 in Louisville, KY. She enjoyed baking in her free time.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Margie and Tommy Molthop.

Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Chris Summers; children, Christopher Summers, Jr., Ryan Lachalmelle, Raechel Summers, Jacob Summers, Brandon Summers, and Emily Hicks; siblings, Mary Molthop, Tommy Molthop, Jr., and Wendy Nelson; aunt, Elizabeth “Liz” Molthop; and uncle, John Morris.
