Jade Adele Regina Revell, 35, of Louisville, KY, passed away on December 23, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Neurath & Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, 1832 W. Market St., Louisville.  Visitation will be held from 2 to 6 PM on Saturday at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Reginald Revell; grandfather, Arnold Kampe; and cousin, Christopher Cosentino.

She is survived by her mother, Connie Johnson; two children, Errionna Revell and Errabella Revell; four siblings, Jaima Adams, Jason Johnson (Donna), Ja-ol Johnson, and Clifford Bailey; other loved ones, Nathon, Savanna, Joyce, Dalton, Zari-Anne, Janet, Bryson, Breezlyn, Cindy, John, Jess, Carrie, Grandma Joanne, and Gerald; and faithful companion, Baby.
