A funeral service for Jacqueline “Jackie” Smallwood Whitehouse, 73, of Louisville, KY. will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 10 AM at Neurath & Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, 1832 W. Market St., Louisville, KY, with entombment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 3 to 8 PM at the funeral home and after 9 AM on Wednesday at the funeral home.  She passed away October 20, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

Jackie was born on January 28, 1945 in Louisville, KY.  She was a brave survivor of polio and had a passion for life. 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Smallwood; parents, Archie R. Whitehouse and Dicie Rebecca Love; three sisters, Etta Mae Goosey, Jean Crabtree and Louise Stewart; and brother, David Goodlett.

Jackie is survived by her son, Daniel R. Thompson (Elly); sister, Margaret Whitehouse; grandchildren, Max and Abby; and numerous nieces and nephews.
