Obituary of Cindy Jones

Funeral services for Cindy Jones, 60, of Henryville, Indiana, will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Neurath & Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, 1832 W. Market Street in Louisville, KY, with cremation to follow.  Visitation will be held on Monday from 1-8 PM and on Tuesday prior to the service from 9-11 AM at the funeral home.  She passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Baptist Floyd Health in New Albany.

Cindy was born on July 24, 1958 in LaGrange, KY.  She most recently was a homemaker but previously was an owner/trainer of race horses.  Cindy enjoyed gardening and feeding her hummingbirds.  She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.  

She was preceded in death by her step-father, Marion Barnett; a sister, Janet Smith; and a grandson, Cory DeVary.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Harry Jones; two daughters, Shannon Marie Lyons (Jason); Kelly Nicole Jones; her mother, Loretta Curry; three sisters, Diana Raisor (Chet); Debbie Johnson; Laura Hall (Mike); five grandchildren, Chelsea DeVary, Justin Lyons, Jordan Lyons, Brailee Parizo; Trenton Jones; and two great grandchildren, Kenzlee Harrell, and Axil Harrell.
