Douglas Michael Werner, 60, of Louisville, KY, passed away on February 2, 2018 surrounded by his family. 

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Neurath & Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, 1832 W. Market Street, Louisville, with burial to follow at Chenoweth Run Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 10 AM to 1 PM on Friday at the funeral home. 

He was preceded in death by his father, James Arnold Werner; and his two brothers, James Werner and Patrick Werner.

He is survived by his mother, Darleen Werner; brother, Stephan Werner (Pamela); sister, Kathy Conti (Kenneth); aunt, Marleen White; niece, Ashley Gill; nephew, Jason Werner; great-niece, Farriah Werner; and great-nephew, Hayden Swift.
